Terms & Conditions

The Taymount FMT Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “The Clinic”), undertakes to provide the facilities for Fecal Microbial Transplant (FMT) over a period agreed during the consultation depending on the length of FMT program chosen and applied for.

The Clinic reserves the right to refuse any application on any grounds it considers relevant in clinical consideration. No explanation need be given for refusal.

Acceptance and signing of the Pataient Agreement is necessary before treatment can commence.

The Clinic uses standardized donor material to ensure optimal outcome for the patient and reserves the right to refuse to use any other donors. The Clinic’s donors will remain anonymous at all times although the laboratory test results are available for inspection on request.

A deposit of £1000 GBP must be paid upon booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

“Cooling-Off Period” – If the program booking is cancelled within 7 days of deposit being paid, the deposit is refundable in full. If the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to the start date, then half the deposit will be refunded, half will be retained to cover admin and testing costs in preparation for the program start.

If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date, the deposit is not refundable.

We accept one change of date provided there is more than 2 weeks notice before the start date of the original program booked and a genuinely unavoidable reason is given for the need to change the date.

The Clinic will not be responsible for transmission of any conditions not indicated by the panel of laboratory tests. Whilst every effort will be made to provide a safe procedure, the Clinic cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances and patients understand they enter into this program entirely at their own risk.

Taymount Clinic strongly advises that patients seek the advice of their
General Practitioner or Physician before embarking upon this program.

This is a pioneering procedure and there is insufficient clinical evidence to show that it is effective in every case. The Clinic cannot be held responsible if the procedure fails to provide the desired results.
